Assistant Manager

Krispy Kreme is looking for an Assistant Manager to help run a busy Puerto Rico store. What you would do - Support the Store Manager with the daily operation: shifts, opening and closing, and the floor during peak hours. - Lead and coach the team, keeping service fast, friendly and consistent. - Help with scheduling, cash handling and daily sales reporting. - Keep product quality, freshness and presentation at the standard guests expect. - Make sure food safety, cleanliness and store safety rules are followed every shift. What we are looking for - Experience supervising a team in food service, retail or hospitality. - Comfortable working early mornings, weekends and holidays. - Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus. - Reliable, hands-on and calm under pressure.
